Another 6AM Start
I run 6kms this morning. I combined sprinting and running on the sand. I also run backwards (x3 100m each) - dont why but this is something I enjoy. In total 45mins of sheer fun.
After last night's function and not having eating properly, I felt I was not quite there with the run, nonetheless I did it and combined sprinting and some hard work. I feel good now.
